Interesting facts about health and nutrition

    1) Panophobia is the fear of everything.

    2) Your hair grows faster in the morning than at any other time of day.

    3) Summer's on its way... with the heat and humidity to boot. We all know that we sweat to cool the body; however past about 70% humidity, sweating's effectiveness drops steeply.
Thus, a work out on a warm, humid day can make you much more susceptible to heat stroke than a hot, dry one -- in other words, it just might be true that "It's not the heat but the humidity that will kill you."
